So yesterday I did more exercise than I did in the past couple of days so that is good. I started making vegetarian choices when I go out and ended up avoiding a number six from Jack in the Box with large curly fries. Just because they were vegetarian choices did not mean they were good decisions. Small piece of cake and fries and Miso Soup. :(
This morning with an empty stomach I weigh 209.6 pounds. I need more exercise,but as long as I do a little more walking at a time a day I will build up to it and should have a bigger influence in my daily choices.

The First Day
It is currently Wednesday December 19th 5:25Am and today is the day I start to change. Not only do I want to change my current weight 213 pounds and a height of 5'3", but I want to get started on expanding my mind and breaking old habits. I want to better myself and not just for me,but for others. I don't want to die,but I also don't want to live thinking of my self as a failure.
I'm not gonna lie before I started this blog I ate Cheetos puffs finished the bag. The sad part is I don't like Cheetos puffs. I want to be 130 pounds so I need self control.
